Booking information
The apartment is in the care of local Tarifa agents MG INMOBILIARIA who will organise key collection deposits etc and take care
of bookings.
The calendar (below) and key (below-right) display the seasonality and subsiquent priceing of the apprtment. Below-left is a list of the
rental conditions. All this infomation is also available on the booking agents website.

Agent's booking instructions and terms:
The client (renter) make his demand by e-mail or fax, giving his full name, the date of arrival and departure and the number of persons.
We contact the owner and confirm the availability of the house/apartment and make a pre-reservation.
To confirm the reservation, the client send us by postal order 30% of the total of the rental price. SEND US BY FAX OR E-MAIL THE RECEIPT.
As soon as we get the postal order, we confirm the reservation by e-mail or fax.
The rest of the rental has to be paid the day of your arrival in cash and in Euro. We don’t accept Credit Cards or traveller cheques.
We will ask you for a guarantee the day of your arrival of 250 Euros to 2000 Euros depending on the apartment/house your have reserved. The guarantee will be giving back to you the day of your departure.
The time of arrival and departure are :
Arrival: 17:00
Departure: Before 12:00
In case you will not arrive in our time table, CONTACT US BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, we will fix an appointment to give you the keys. We don’t give an hotel service 24/24.
The rental price includes water, electricity and the cleaning after your departure. For rentals less than one week (7 nights), the cleaning fees will be paid by the renter. The price will be fixed when you make the reservation.
If the renter wants a daily cleaning, it will be paid separately.
In case of problems or non availability of the apartment/house reserved, we will find you another apartment/house with the same conditions and price as the one reserved.
